Handeni Town Council (or Handeni Urban District) is a district of the Tanga Region of Tanzania. The administrative capital of the district is Handeni town.

Mission
Provide professional advisory services to the highest standards and quality to Councils and other stakeholders with a view to promoting and improving economic and social development in accordance with Government Policies, Laws and Guidelines.
