Property
One of the mining licenses is wholly owned by Shanta Mining Company Ltd (SMCL); Part of the other is 90% owned by Shanta with the balance held in a joint venture with GL Jossue & JB Joel Limited. The third license is retained by the joint venture in the same proportion.
100% ownership of exploration licenses with Shanta Mining.
Project state
During early 2020, a JORC 2012 compliant gold reserve of 243koz at 3.00g/ton was announced. This reserve represents a transfer of 50% of the independently verified and measured resource of the project.
