Elements can help you design an attractive calendar for the kids, the girls’ soccer team, the Bullhead Moose fraternity, or any other type of activity or event you want to work with. The items make it easy to create professional-looking calendars.
Here’s how to create a calendar that can be ordered and printed professionally via an online service:
1. Select the photos in the organizer. Alternatively, you can open the photos in the photo editor and select the open photos in the Photo Bin.
For calendars, you may want to select 13 images – one image for the calendar cover and one image for each month. You can also choose 12 photos and use one of the calendar months for the cover photo.
2. Open the Create dropdown menu in the Palette Container and click the Photo Calendar option.
3. Choose the output source.
In the left pane, you can choose between printing what you’ve created or using Shutterfly’s online service. For both Print Locally and Shutterfly, you have options to choose your output size.
4. Follow the same steps for any other creation, such as a photo book.
When saving creations, you have the option to save as a Photoshop Elements project (*.pse) or as an Adobe PDF file (*.pdf). Here, the calendar is saved as a PDF document and opened in Adobe Reader.
