Requirements For Retail Assistant Manager :
- 2-3 years of supervisory/ management experience
- Maximizing turnover, driving customer service & stock control
- Leading and developing a team
- Innovative visual merchandising to optimize sales
- Reducing stock loss effectively
- Maintaining health and safety practices
