Arusha Rural District (or Arusha County Council) is one of the seven districts of the Arusha Region in Tanzania. It is bordered on the north by Longido County, on the east by Meru District, on the south by Kilimanjaro District, and on the west by Mondoli District. It surrounds the city of Arusha.
According to the 2012 Tanzania National Census, the population of Arusha Rural District was 323,198
