Service, Health and Development for People Living with HIV/AIDS (SHDEPHA+) is a national non-governmental organization, registered on November 21, 1994, to mobilize resources to help people living with HIV/AIDS and to combat the spread of the disease.
Although originally focusing on people living with HIV/AIDS, over the years SHDEPHA+ has expanded beyond HIV/AIDS and related issues to other development interventions and now covers both those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS with more From 65 branches across the country.
Each branch of SHDEPHA+ operates independently, developing, managing and implementing its projects, although all branches share a single constitution and registration.
SHDEPHA + KAHAMA is currently inviting interested and qualified suppliers and service providers of various goods and services for the fiscal year 2021/2022 today October 2, 2021, in its implementation areas around 7 regions of mainland Tanzania including (Shinyanga, Arusha, Singida, Tabora, Mwanza, Simiyu and Geita)
The list of goods and services that the organization needs to have is as follows
Office and stationery printing services (coverage areas Shinyanga, Kahama Municipal Council, Arusha City and Arusha DC, Simio, Singida, Tabora, Mwanza, Karatu, Lugenda, Mondoli, and Gita) Competitors with existing businesses in (coverage areas Shinyanga and Kahama municipality Council are encouraged, and Arusha City, Arusha Capital City, Simio, Singida, Tabora, Mwanza, Karato, Loginda, Mondoli and Geta) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Office consumables supplies (cover areas Shinyanga, Kahama Municipal Council, Arusha City and Arusha DC, Simio, Singida, Tabora, Mwanza, Karato, Lugenda, Mondoli, and Jita) Competitors with existing businesses in Shinyanga Coverage Areas, Kahama Municipal Council, Arusha We encourage Strongly City, Arusha DC, Simiyu, Singida, Tabora, Mwanza, Karatu, Loginda, Monduli and Geita for submission.
IT equipment and supplies such as laptops – nationwide
Providing security services – from the above twelve implementation areas/areas
Vendors of catering services and conference presentations – from 12 regions / implementation areas mentioned above
Suppliers of fuel suppliers from Singida and Shinyanga (kahama MC) are strongly encouraged to apply
Car/Bike Maintenance and Insurance – National wide agencies with sub-officers of Kahama Municipal Council
Suppliers of ICT Consumers and Peripherals such as Mouse, Adapter, Keyboards, etc. – Wide National Notice
Supplying office furniture – national notice
Software packages like accounting packages, HR packages, etc.
Providing audit and tax advisory services – national notice
Providing travel agency services – from 12 covered / geographical areas included

For Transport Service Providers – Bidder must be able to provide the vehicle that can work in off-road, rainy season and especially Msalala DC, type of transport with air conditioning and be able to operate in any environment (unpaved roads), especially in rural areas.
The names of EFD receipts must match the names on tax invoices, preliminary forms, delivery notes, and bank account names.
The bidder must be prepared to abide by the donor rules and regulations in partnership with SHDEPPHA+.
