Swiss-Garden International (SGI) was established in 1991 as a hotel operator to manage hotels for OSK Group and a hotel management company to assist hotel owners with their third-party managed hotels.
SGI currently manages and operates a portfolio of 6 hospitality properties with a combined inventory of over 1,600 guestrooms, multiple meeting facilities and an 18-hole golf course in Damai Laut, Lumut. Swiss-Garden International has an owner-focused approach to driving financial returns from hotel investments.
SGI brings together a range of complementary skillsets within its key personnel, combining hotel transaction and development backgrounds with operations and asset management, creating a strong backbone to provide the full range of hotel management expertise.
