- Go to https://govchat.app/home.
- From the login page, log in with the phone number.
- A four-digit code comes on your phone number that must be added to your account page.
- A medical evaluation must be completed in advance. You can then turn off the popup from your screen to request a medical evaluation.
- Enter the reference number created on Whatsapp. If you don’t already have a form, you can alternatively click on the new form option.
- The reference number must be created to track the government application form.
How to check application status with Govchat application?
